Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed. We stayed here for a city break and found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to the attractions and restaurants in the area. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with organizing a taxi. The room was comfortable, especially the bed.

Lack of accessibility for wheelchair users, cleanliness issues. As a wheelchair user, I found it difficult to navigate through the hotel due to the doors not being held open.

Everything is okay, especially the breakfast and drinks. For evening drinks visit long reach beefeater, it is located within 5 minutes by foot.

I had a great night's sleep at this hotel. The bed in our family room was incredibly comfortable, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly cozy. The hotel's location on the outskirts of town was convenient for our family event, and we enjoyed a scenic drive to nearby Canterbury. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered at the attached restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great way to start the day.
